Subject	Painting intercoolers black promotes better cooling?

Message	I (as the people doing the experiment) was pretty shocked at the difference in temperature drop the intercooler provided when painted black. Has anyone tried this before? For those not interested in watching..temps dropped 38 degrees without airflow on a silver intercooler, and 75 degrees when painted black. However, with airflow, it was the same.
